It sneaks up on us for sure. I’m not really all that vain either. In addition to wanting to stay out of the doctors office, it’s also about not enjoying shopping. I don’t want to spend the time and money on buying bigger clothes when there’s perfectly good stuff right here in my closet.

How nice to have a national park so close by! I prefer to walk outside, but Kansas can have such extremes. Heat, cold, wind, humidity, hail etc. depending on the season.
