Meditation can help a bit with migraines. As for exercise, that’s tricky. Dealing with migraines is like walking on a balance beam. You have to walk a fine line. Too much or too little sleep is bad, too much or too little caffeine is bad, too much or too little food is bad. Exercise is the same way. Some exercise is helpful, but if it’s too strenuous it can be a trigger.
Routines are very helpful, not only for migraines, but for health in general. Your daily walks sound lovely!
