Sad, but true article. I’m old enough to remember when working hard and being loyal to a company was important and beneficial to all parties involved. Back then the bosses were working hard right along side the worker bees. The chasm between upper management and workers has since grown to huge widths. Loyalties are to oneself instead of the company. Even upper management is more concerned with lining their personal pockets than insuring a continued prosperity for the company.
