So sorry you and your family had to go through what seems to be the standard level of care in many medical facilities these days. Having had similar experiences with my Dad, my Mom and my in-laws, I understand your frustration. My Mom and my in-laws are still alive, but have many medical issues. I never look forward to dealing with hospital personnel.
