Very well written. Last year I retired from 30 years as an accountant and have thoroughly enjoyed having a little extra void time. In fact, my void time did allow me to reflect on myself and I discovered my desire to write. It was probably hidden there all this time, I just couldn’t see it over the noise of filling my days with obligations.
