Woohoo! Maybe I will go buy a lottery ticket. I think I’m due for a good day. We’ve been having a lot of health problems with my in-laws and our orange tabby. The last month has been a little rough. Hopefully I can get the cat some help today and win the lottery tomorrow. :)

We are definitely not alone in the struggle to earn money from writing. I’m going to keep trying to write for online publications for awhile. I don’t feel like I’ve given it my best shot yet. I do wish publications were a bit more open minded so the story could be what it should be. Part of the problem is me though. My time has been diverted by helping elderly family members of late. The consequence of having the most flexible schedule. I need to focus more completely on writing.
